Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. MouseGlider.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Billing Policy
For online purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Please be sure to include your phone number and email address, so we may contact you in case of any missing details. You should see the charges on your credit card account within 24 hours of the purchase.
We also accept personal checks, company checks, and money orders. After the check clears (usually a few days), your product will be shipped.
Shipping Policy
We ship all orders by US Mail. Larger shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and other freight carriers.
The shipping rates shown in your shopping cart includes all handling charges.
While we will make a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, MouseGlider.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure you provide us with correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage.
Note: Extra surcharges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Europe. Any such extra charges will be shown to you before you confirm your purchase.
Cancel orders
You may request that an order be cancelled, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-651-456-5406 during MouseGlider.com's normal business hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm central standard time to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card less shipping and handling in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the information in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 60 days from date of original purchase, with the original packaging and all of its parts, for a full refund less shipping and handling. This applies to website, or over the telephone purchases only. If purchased from other than mentioned, check seller for their return policy.
